Nadia was very pleasant and knows all the different charms that are available in the store. She asked me what the occasion was and when she knew it was my sister's birthday she showed me so many different charms that would be great for this occasion. I chose one that was for a special sister and my sister really liked it. I also bought a spacer with the blue stones for September. So it was generally just a great experience. Thank you Nadia for being so helpful and helping me find the perfect gift.
