I was immediately greeted by Layla. She is an exceptional sales person. I wish there was more people like her in the world. I couldn't ask for better customer service.

The overall experience and customer service was very quick and satisfactory. Within a handful of seconds of walking into the store and taking a look at a product on display that I was interested in, a staff member came over and was ready to help me. I think Cassie was her name. Upon my decision to purchase the product, she and another gentleman named Will had the item retrieved, packaged and sold to me in a timely manner. They were very professional, friendly and fast as they worked. Jewelry isn't something I buy very often, but if I find a need to visit a Pandora store again, I'll likely go to this location.

The experience of mine at pandora is highly satisfying because i work in the mall and when ever i visit them the staff is so helpful and guide me at there best. Which make me ending up buying the jewellery.

The saleslady Humna A was very, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She answered all my questions and looked to find what I wanted to try on. I ended up buying 6 rings - during the buy two get one free sale. She certainly made my visit to the store a happy one. Great employee who went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied and happy. Thank you .
