When I walked in, the 2 girls welcomed me with a smile. They were so invested in my reason for visiting and wanted to hear everything I had to say. They truly love their jobs and you could see it clearly. They helped me find what I needed and got me out in a timely manner.

The sales associate Brenda was very friendly and helpful. I was purchasing a gift for my wife for her 50th birthday and Brenda assisted in recommending an item that my wife was thrilled to receive.

Aiden is the one who assist me and thanks to her for helping me to decide for a mom charm.Like the way she suggest things.And to Jess who clean my 2 pandora bracelet with some charms,they are both do nice.And how they inform customers for the soon products that you guys will be having.This two gave a 100% customer satisfaction.Thanks..Good job Lethbridge Pandora...👏👏👏

Everything was completed in a timely manner. The staff were extremely friendly and helped me with all my questions and helped me pick the correct ring for myself and my friend.

I was welcomed into the store by the friendly staff and she immediately knew the charm that I was looking for as well as where it was. My payment was handled quickly and easily and she included a box even though I wore the charm out.

I have been collecting charms for 10 years and each occassion, there is a special charm that someone gets for me or I splurge on myself. I have two full charm braclets and the sales rep recommended a hoop necklace to complement my collection. What a great idea! Now I can keep collecting special charges and create a new necklace whenever I want to!
