Following Covid protocol. Staff was friendly. Purchased was fast.

The sales associate was highly knowledgeable. Upon coming in, i was passed onto a different associate more knowledgeable on disney and disney related charms (what i had stated i was looking for). I was also offered assistance finding a charm to match the charms on my mother's bracelet to give to her.

Sales people were very fast and very friendly. I got the items I was looking for and the exchange I did was done very quickly. Had a nice chat with the sales ladies as my transaction was done. Was given some advice on when to expect more items I would be interested in would be coming in.

I was welcomed by the sales associate she was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. The associate provided lots of advice on how to care for my new product.

The ladies at Park Place Mall are so amazing! The team is very cohesive and it seems they work great together from the laughter they often share and I hear when walking by. By far my favourite location to shop. Thanks!

The staff was friendly and safety was a priority during the pandemic shopping experience. Online is sold out of everything I wanted the store had three items.
