Jessica was very helpful in showing us the charms and bracelets I was interested in. She knew the prices right away and answered all of my questions. Because of Jessica I left feeling very satisfied and I very much look forward to buying from her again! At the end of my shopping she even showed me what kind of releases to expect in the next few months.

The Pandora charms are high quality and that's what I like. I have looked at charms on online sites like eBay and will not buy there as I don't really know if they are authentic Pandora. I know when I visit a Pandora store that I will be helped by friendly, knowledgeable staff who wont pressure me to buy the more expensive charms. My wife has two bracelets and wants to buy a third. I am VERY satisfied with Pandora charms and the Pandora store.

I had received a ring as a gift and only a few weeks later I had noticed that some of the sparkles had fallen out and it had bent. They were very quick to tell me about the warranty on the rings and help me find a replacement. It is my absolute favourite gift I’ve ever gotten and I am so thankful that they were able to help me. Huge thanks to Jessica and the gentleman who did all they good for great customer satisfaction. Two thumbs up to Pandora!
