But they changed my mind totally with their service and how these charms are just gorgeous! (I have always loved gold and really never liked any metals) but with the experience I have gotten (all the time I have been at the Lethbridge store) yes! I AM ADDICTED!!!!

The salesclerk was very friendly and prompt when I walked in the store. She was able to assist me in a professional and kind manor. I had an idea of what I was looking for and she showed me all my options. I LOVED one of the items she showed me.

I went into the store with a specific charm in mind to buy for my mother for Christmas. The two ladies kindly explained to me that they were sold out of that charm but then proceeded to show me some other mother-esque charms. Those weren't floating my boat so I asked to see the Christmas ones. They then patiently let me look at some christmas ones and helped me pick out an adorable reindeer that I know my mom is going to love. It was a great experience.

I went in before and nobody helped me, but I returned and was helped. I got a great gift for somebody and had a good time.
