This store is great- they know me and think ahead to show me things they are sure I'll like.

I purchased a ring on June 2nd however the rhinestones have fallen out of it three times now, I have returned the ring twice and received a new ring twice. Tonight I was going in to return it again (for a third time), and thankfully Jessica and the other woman working were able to help me select a new ring instead of receiving just replacing the broken one. I appreciated their effort!

As always Pandora Park Place has what I'm looking for and has staff that care about my experience there.

The Sales associate was very friendly and helpful as I was looking to purchase a gift. I had some ideas in mind but she guided me through the choices that I could make. The store was very clean and bright. The only reason I didn't put highly likely to shop there in the next 90 days is that we aren't often in Lethbridge. My purchases are often at a jewelry store in CrossIron Mills Mall near Calgary. Having said that I would highly recommend this Lethbridge location to my friends.

This store in Park Place Mall is clean, friendly. Since May I have been adding a few beads that are on clearance to create a fun and love filled charm to fit my perfectly single life. The ladies have been so helpful and fun to help in the design of this bracelet. Thanks to all, you rock at Park Place!

I love the quality and uniqueness of Pandora jewelry and find the store to be beautifully set-up and arranged in a way that gives me new ideas of how to style my look.

During a weekday morning, the store was not busy. The sales associate was available to show me a selection of merchandise and spend time discussing pieces with me. With the sale that was on, I had come to purchase a piece, and did so, as it was still in stock.
