All the sales staff where very helpful and seemed to work as a team, helping each other. Very refreshing to see this in a retail environment. My sales person was very knowledgable, friendly, and patient, as I looked at differant options and guided me to what I was looking for. I liked how the store was clean and I not bumping into displays as I moved around looking for what I wanted. Store was bright and I could see the merchandise clearly.

It was my first time ever shopping for jewelry, and it was for my girl friend, and Jessica who was helping me, made it real easy for me and I appreciate her patients and thoughts, she was very friendly, I play for the Hurricanes and I'll make sure to tell all the guys to go there if needing anything and ask for her

I was exchanging a gift I had received and they were very willing to do so. They asked what I needed and quickly accommodated me. There was an issue with putting in the receipt number so she stated I had no receipt in the exchange even though I did have the receipt on hand. That was a little bit bothersome to me but other than that it was exceptional.

I always get friendly service and they remember me as well as keep notes so if my family comes in they advise on what my likes are.

The sales associate Jamie was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and patient with me even though I had a lot of questions. He helped me find the right size ring and let me try on different bangle sizes and had lots of recommendations. This location is always clean and the staff are always quick to help you out when you walk in.
