Tia first spent a lot of time with me over the phone providing excellent suggestions and information for my specific purchase I was looking for. Then in store provided options and educated advice on our purchase. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and we love our purchase!

I didn't intend to purchase anything prior to entering the establishment, only to look around. I had mentioned that I have numerous bracelets at home but don't wear them due to the clasps being difficult to open, and the sales associate happily directed me to the new clasp openers that I had no idea were available! Then upon further discussion, she showed me some charms and I added a second item to my purchase of the day. It was a great experience and I will gladly return!

Daniella was great. She knew the merchandise, she organized bracelet for me and she also let me know of all the possible discounts, sales that pandora was having.
