I was disappointed to learn an increase in prices is coming. I wish there would be more sales more often. Better combo pricing would be nice.

It seems like this store doesn’t get enough of the promotional items, this time they didn’t have any of the free jewelry boxes if you spent $150. This is not the first time it happened, as far as I am concerned I did my part to receive the item but the store failed me.

I was not given a lot of options for an item I was looking for. I went into the store specifically looking for hoop earrings, but the collection was very limited. My options were not great, however I found another item that I ended up loving. The sales associate was very kind and accommodating, and showed me other beautiful jewelry.

I was not at all dissatisfied with the service and experience it just wasn't crazy off the charts exceptional. Everything was fine and the service was fast and efficient. I find it a bit expensive but I know everything is expensive. Life is just expensive right now. I was looking for a graduation gift for a granddaughter and I did find something to my satisfaction. I just wish I could have purchased her two or three charms but I did buy one bracelet and one charm to go with it.

Would love to see the letter charms in the rose gold metal finish!

I felt that it was hard to find certain products that i wanted to see. because there is such a variety of Pandora charms to see i feel like the display of them is limited as to what's in stock for us to see. The sales associate had to keep looking for different trays behind the counter for me to see what i wanted.
