I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. The associate was very friendly and helped as best as I guess she could. She didn’t seem to know the exact items I was looking for when I mentioned a few I was interested in looking at.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable…a difficult, belligerent customer (refused to sanitize) and was rude to the staff- the staff acted professionally and were able to manage the situation

I wasn't satisfied with the first associate that was helping my mom. I didn't find her to be welcoming or friendly. When she asked to see the charms, she lifted them up and had us look at them through the glass instead of lifting the tray out and letting us have a good look at them up close. I wasn't sure how knowledgeable she was on the products either as she made little to no conversation with us. The second associate that I purposely went to to help me was much better.

The service was excellent as is the cleanliness of the store. I found the cost of sterling silver charms and the bracelet was a little more pricey,perhaps a t silver charm could be included with the purchase of a bracelet

My wrist size happens to fall in the middle of two sizes so the bracelet just wasnt the best fit. I also wish Pandora was releasing a simba charm or clip resembling the clasp on the bangle coming out, for those who the bangles dont work on their wrists.

I felt like there was a delay in acknowledging new customers when they walk in and also a little bit of pressure to buy the merchandise, there is also judgement when expensive merchandise were not purchased.

I am not highly satisfied with my pandora experience is because thats next to perfect and I like to think I haven't experienced the perfect shopping experience and may never but also my bracelet was a bit small and I have to exchange it for the right size.
