I was not completely satisfied as the store did not have the item I had gone in for. I was told that location was not getting that item in at all.

The checkout is very slow. They need to find the item in the catalog for pricing.

Not enough associates working had to wait 10 minutes for service as they were helping other customers. Very large selection of jewelry which I was very surprised with but the way the store displays them trays stacked on top of each other makes it very hard to shop without an associate. Also what I was looking for was not on display thankfully I knew what as going for as I was given the “list” for my shopping

Associate was pretty knowledgable about their products but had to look up prices which took time. Could only use one of the $10 survey coupons

The staff was very helpful. The charm I was wanting to purchasee was on the website but was a discontinued product I was somewhat disappointed by this. The staff helped me select an alternative

I recently joined the Pandora club and received a discount code. Online you are able to order then pick up in store. After calling store in Lethbridge they had the product available but online the local store did not come up. After I called the store and they spoke with me they recommended that I come into the store and use Express Aisle to shop and get the discount. However they did not clarify that I could not place the order and then pick up at their store. The stores that were offered were 2.5 hours away for in store pick . If we have a local store I feel that I should have been able to take advantage of the discount. I did end up buying the product but left feeling discouraged. I feel that if you offer a program and discount it should be offered both online and instore especially if you have a local store with the stock.
