My first experience at a Pandora store in Calgary was HORRIBLE. I was a little afraid to go back to any Pandora store ever again. However, when I entered this store, I was greeted in the nicest and most professional way. They were so helpful, and were more than willing to answer all of the questions I had. I will definitely be going back to this store. If I could give them an 11/10 I would. It was an amazing experience!

Madi was very friendly and greated me right as I walked into pandora and gave me a good selection of rings to look through and helped me find one that fit me perfectly without having to try on a second ring. She was very friendly and made me feel very welcome

The saleswoman was extremely friendly and helpful. I came in for an exchange and she found the necklace I wanted and exchanged it efficiently. I also liked that she highlighted the info for me to be able to do this survey without needing to search my receipt.

The staff especially Jessica in the Lethbridge store are highly knowledgeable about the jewellery and what looks good together and she always has great suggestions. She is friendly to the other staff and ready to help. The store is clean and easy to find things and move around.

Both ladies in store were very helpful. I was the only customer at time of purchase , and both girls made me feel VIP!
