I phoned the store with questions the night before and the girl i spoke with was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Was very happy that when i went into the store the girl i spoke with was working, her name was Shay and i was already comfortable with her. She was just as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. Very happy with how i was helped.

Staff are all fabulous, store is clean and appealing. 2 hrs away from home makes it a bit hard to visit more often. I've never been disappointed with my visits to this store. I would like to see a rainbow or pride related charm for the moments bracelets like the one for the pandora me.

Very cute items at a reasonable price. Already coming back for more! Love the Black Friday deals as well, can’t wait for Boxing Day!

Sales associate showed us many different options. Sales associate demonstrated different ways to wear the jewelry. sales associate were excited to sell the product.

The salespeople were extremely friendly and helpful and were very knowledgeable about the products. Jessica was able to assist me with an issue I had with an order I had placed online and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied.
