Was able to pick the perfect birthday gift in 15 minutes. Needed it that night for last minute birthday dinner. Sales associate was fast and efficient. Gift wrapping was perfect and I was able to present the gift without having to do anything extra. Thank you.

Keemia was extremely accommodating to my young son who was helping me pick out a gift for my dtr. She was patient with showing us the various selections of jewellery. She spoke to my 6yr old son with respect and even had him try on a bracelet and Marvel charms - which now he has asked for his bday..(i guess thats why she is 'lead sales person! 👍). I was highly satisfied with the help that I received from the store manager. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy her job. It was the first time I was in a Pandora store and the reason I was there was that in December I was gifted my first pandora bracelet from my husband as a Christmas gift. In mid January the bracelet fell apart and broke. I lost one of the charms. I was able to retrieve the broken bracelet but could not find the charm as it was quite small. The store manager offered to replace the bracelet but was not able to replace the charm although I would not have lost the charm if the bracelet did not fall apart.

Lisa was extremely experienced very hard working, knowledgebale lady who helped me to find exactly what I was looking for
