The associate Shanzay is a wonderfully experienced customer associate. I felt so very valued as a customer. I place one order online for an in store pick up, and exchanged for an upgrade bracelet style. So thrilled with these new purchases! One of the purchases are for my daughter who I know will be delighted when she receives her new pave teal clips (2). Extremely pleased with these purchases, as I am with all my Pandora purchases. Amrita, is a fabulous salesperson. Remembered me from before on the last sale and cleaning of my bracelets. Totally honest on the sales without using the Deja vous , round about selling of a product gig. I loved where the store is located, the cleanliness the store was well lite up. The other salespersons there was rather friendly and welcomed me into the store. Loved their curiosity on the clients , with a friendly small chat. Hey No worries I am a very loyal customer to "This store" they always, come through for me and my 3 young ladies from , when the girls were young. Till next time Pandora loyalist till my first grand daughter is born. wink

When I arrived to the store I was not sure what I wanted so I start browsing few things and the sales rep shows me everything - even twice- She had patience with me and was very friendly.

I was highly satisfied with my visit as the store was clean and organized, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the inventory was available and current.

When I arrived, she immediately noticed my very tarnished bracelet and offered to have it cleaned while I shopped around which I appreciated a lot! She is the prime example of excellent customer service!
