The staff (Angelina) was very kind to answer all my questions with text messages sending me pictures and videos. Due to pandemic, I was not able to go into the store but with her help, I was able to pick up everything I wanted and more! She was so patient with answering so many questions and also suggested things I could be interested in. I was very comfortable shopping without going to the store and when I got there to pick up, she came down quickly with all the items I ordered. Amazing!!👍🏻👍🏻

I called Pandora at Fairview mall to see if the had the 2021 graduation charm so I can purchase it for my daugther who is graduating and Angelina answer the phone and tell me they were sold out of this charm. She quickly recommended several other charms that were appropriate for the occasion. She sent me pictures of other charms and other items that were on sale. I also needed a bracelet to go with the charm and she was very helpful in helping me purchasing what I needed. She was very Patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful in helping me fine what I need.
