It was very busy in there, and Vania was very quick to attending to me at the beginning. I told her the type of ring I wanted and she helped me find it very quickly. We talked for a bit and laughed for a bit. Then she noticed the other pandora rings I've bought in the past. And offered to polish for me while I pay. The fact that she paid attention to notice that is incredible. As well, she showed me a few rings that I most likely will potentially come back for. Please thank her for her wonderful service for me. <3 She's amazing. And I appreciate her so much for that. 100% Coming back to Vania for my next purchase.

Hello! I had the pleasure of being served by a sales associate named Kevin C. (No. 192955) at the Fairview Mall location. I went in the store unsure of what I wanted, but I left feeling so satisfied and happy with my purchase. Kevin skillfully guided me in choosing something that I was 100% satisfied with. His patience, knowledge, and kindness made my shopping experience at Pandora absolutely wonderful. It looked like such a busy day, and I was indecisive about a lot of things, but Kevin really helped me through the process of finding and choosing exactly what I wanted. GIVE HIM A RAISE!! Also his makeup was absolutely gorgeous, just a side note. I hope he sees this so he knows what an amazing person he is, and how I truly appreciated his help and service. Thank you, Kevin!

Went in to buy a few items from the new autumn collection. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would definitely shop there again in the near future.

Customer service was efficient. Store was clean and staff were following safety protocols. Found something I genuinely liked and didn’t have to settle for a second option.
