I like the new design of product, and sales are nice.

I was greeted by the sales rep immediately, and she assist me immediately after she greeted and acknowledged me. The sales rep was very helping in me making a decision after viewing various style and colours of charms.

Pandora SA was extremely patient & helpful. I visited with the intent to complete my bracelet & assumed I needed to purchase several charms. However, the SA offered to reorganize my bracelet & after doing so, I was pleased with the outcome & purchase of new charms. The SA never once made me feel like she was irritated with me, or tried to rush me. I value this because it shows that she cared about me.

I came into the store on impulse; had been contemplating buying another bracelet but had no idea of what I wanted. The salesclerk was friendly, knowledgeable and at no time did I feel pressured to buy. She showed me a number of options and when i said i was unsure she did not push into a decision. I found the bracelet I love and am very satisfied with both the product and the service i received. I would not hesitate to go back to the Fairview Mall store to shop!!

I enjoy coming into this location due to the positive energy and great associates including Martina, Amrita, and Diana. They are great and enjoy coming here because of there friendliness and support. They drop everything just to comfort my needs. I’m greatful for them and always tell them. I have been coming to this location only because they are all great 👍🏼
