Vania, the manager was able to assist in locating my damaged ring and was able to have it brought to the store to pick up. I had the ring for less than 6months before a crystal had fallen off and because it was discontinued it was hard to get back. She was extremely helpful, welcoming, kind and an exceptional employee, because of her I would come back to her location (Fairview Mall) She understood my frustration and was able to efficiently and effectively solve the issue. The staff greeted me as soon as I arrived in such a pleasant and happy mood, they answered my questions and helped me out so much. I got my mom a bracelet for her 69th birthday that didn’t fit her it was too big and they helped me right away to get her the proper size! Truly amazing staff!
