The Sales Associate & Store Manager were very nice to me. I had told them that I recently had all except one of my Pandora bracelets stolen while I was recently out of town. I was at the store to pick out one nice bracelet with a few charms to try to make up for all the loss. I had been gradually collecting Pandora since the 1st Flagship store opened in Canada years ago right near my home. The recent visit to Pandora was especially important to me because of this loss & I found the staff to be very understanding & extremely helpful. They made a bad situation better.

I was Highly Satisfied because Diana knew her product, sbe gave me advice and also made the experience feel as if I were shopping with a friend.

I had been looking for something at home and came across the charms and bracelets catalogue in which I had marked a couple of items that I wouldn't mind having. I decided to go to the store because I had a 10% discount because of a prevoius purchase and the fill in survey. I was able to purchase both.

The associate was very helpful in finding the right gift for the 2 people I wanted to buy for. She was knowledgeable in the product and price and provided great gift suggestions.
