i went to this location because i wanted to add more charms to mt bracelet (specifically a tea pot & tea cup). the rep showed me them & helped me pick another one that blended nice with my tea theme. she was absolutely amazing. super friendly & patient with me when i was choosing charms, as well as putting them on for me just the way i wanted them.

Danielle C was very helpful and pleasant from the moment we walked in the store. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning before the end of the month to visit her and purchase more charms.

The service was great: quick, large variety of items to chose from, very pleasant and friendly staff, good promotion available.
