The sales agent, Karen is most helpful and good natured and her willingness to help was key to me returning back to Pandora. She's a happy and helpful person.

Good service, staff friendly

I was able to purchase the items for which I went to the store with one exception, that being one charm which is now retire but for which a good substitute was suggested. I subsequently purchased it. I also did not have to wait to be served even though a store promotion was taking place.

I always feel happy going into any Pandora Shop. The shop looks nice and clean and the assistants nice looking. The products are beautiful.

It was a good promotion

Although I went there as the result of a Black Friday sale, and even though there were a few people in front of me in the line, I was able to see an associate very quickly. All of the items I wanted except for one were in stock.

I like the offer buy 2 get 1, as this makes the price a bit reasonable ( still high BTW). Without the offer I would buy one item or two! LAURY is so helpful, nice and knowledgeable. However after I went home I find out that the Dazzling daisies clips is missing one stone so I had to go back to the store for exchange...

The staff were excellent. I had one lady helping me and then two more ladies started to help us. The store was busy, but there was plenty of staff to help one another. I noticed a great deal of team work happening.
