I went back to the store for an exchange. Nicole and her manager were very accommodating. I ended up getting a combination of the rings that Nicole had actually put on display which I would have never thought of getting. She gave me a lot of ideas and I will definitely go back to have her help me in the future. Pandora just won a loyal client!

Associates seem to know where everything is stored and are able to show me what I was looking for easily. The display in the store is attractive. I requested for cleaning of my bracelet and they did it gracefully. I appreciate it.

we received a call them my charm is not reparable and I credit for price of my charm but when we came sales person find same charm as I was returned more then 2 months ago, so my Q is why I did not get call earlier and notify that my charm is available and I do not need to wait so long for "repair"

I was highly satisfied for many reasons. I not only had one representative help, which was the primary one, but with one item in particular one other representative overheard me express interest in. Which turned out to be retired but the one that overheard said she was certain there was one more left! So I took it along with 2 other Christmas charms that was shown to me. Each and every time I’ve been in your Pandora store, even when it’s been crazy busy, your representatives have been so helpful charming and non stressed! I’ve never walked away disappointed.
