Pandora Jewelry

I bought Pandora and sent them to my friend as a gift. My friend said that she love them very much.

The sales assistant , Destiny , was very helpful and friendly, A good selection of merchandise was available

Associate was very helpful in finding a gift that was appropriate

The promotions were wonderful and I was able to use my gift cards and find exactly what I was looking for with the help of useful employees.

I’m really happy with the staffs (store manager, Shunae Martina and forgot the other ladies name I think she’s a Chinese- they’re all amazing) helped me with my concern. They gave me what I want and Happy for my new earrings. I’ll give the staffs helped me 10/10 stars. They’re a good assets into your company.

Very friendly associate

The assistant manager Vanessa was very sweet and efficient! Jem was very knowledgeable and very patient. He really knows his products and introduced us to new ones. This is why we will only shop at Fairview Pandora-> Not Vaughan, Not Yorkdale and Definately NOT the shops at Don Mills like we have in the past. The employees are not polite nor are they properly trained at these locations. Have been misled MANY times until we reached the checkout and found out the items we were buying were actually NOt the prices we were originally told (off by $200 for example, which is very significant. - got turned off of pandora for a while because of it). Now, SO happy to find Jem, he's a really GEM ;)

I came and was assisted with finding a present. They explained the information to me about the product. I was able to buy it quickly.

People in the store are very friendly, once you ask they know what is nice to your style. Its very clean and organize..
