I was satisfied with my experience at the Pandora store. The lady that helped me was knowledgeable and straight forward. She got all the charms I was looking for and gave me useful info about the moments bracelet sizing when I was deciding on which size to get which was helpful. Overall vibes were good!

Over priced charms

The service and knowledge from Lisa at Fairview Mall Location is excellent. Very friendly and offers suggestions and deals. Very nice, clean store.

Couldn’t find any birthstone charms.

Wish you had more selection with rose gold and shine charms.

Everything met my Pandora expectations. Though I am very satisfied, the service was great, but not "out of this world."

No I was satisfied

I went in to exchange a charm I got as a gift because I already had that. So I didn’t have a clue on what to get and was hoping the sales associate would help me choose one but she was NO HELP AT ALL. She’s like tell me what you want cuz there’s so much to choose from and she didn’t provide us with a store catalogue so how was I able to let her know what I wanted. Then I had to look online using my phone and then find something I liked and then showed her that. When I go to other locations they help me out or would show me some options and also would give me the catalogue to see. She did none of that and it was so intimidating to choose a charm. I would not be coming back to this location again. From my experiences the stc location has the most friendliest staff that are always ready to help.
