Highly satisfied is when everything is perfect. Everything was good I felt the sales associate however was super nice and helpful she was a bit pushy with selling anything. Otherwise I had a good experience

Just because the prices are to high, for a silver ring $165.00 it is too much

It was a great experience in store especially during COVID. I had purchased a bracelet online with a promo code and I was exchanging it in the store. I originally planned to do a full return and do a full purchase, however the store associate/Manager was gracious enough to do an exchange. All went well, just that the exchange did not deduct the taxes from my prior purchase which was sad :(, not the end of the world and nobody's fault. The store associate was very nice but new, may be that is why this happened. I noticed my receipt and the same after coming home :(. That is why I am satisfied and not highly satisfied on everything.

The store is a bit tight and displays seem crammed together. A book with products should be given to each customer upon arrival.

Well I went into the store with the intention of purchasing the Ron and Hermione charms from the harry potter collection. All the Ron charms has scuffs or a ton of scratches on the back of his head. Definately not acceptable for the amount of money these charms cost.

Some of the charms I was looking to buy were out of stock and had to go for a more expensive option

I went into the store looking for a specific earring stud but the store did not have it in stock. My options were limited due to my price range but I did find a new pair of earrings that looked nice and were in my price range. Even though I wasn't able to get my desired product, my visit satisfied me.

The wait time to try on jewlery was pretty long. Most of the items I wanted weren't available in store.
