Pandora Jewelry

I was looking for rose gold rings and i didn't realize how much Pandora rose gold all varied in colour, the options in store were not quite as pink as i would have liked. However the sales associate was extremely helpful in explaining the gold dipping process, and went through all the rings in the style i wanted to help me find the colour I wanted. Therefore I believe my reasoning for not being highly satisfied with my Pandora experience is related to the product and not the service.

Staff in Fairview mall are friendly and patient while I had bad experience in Markview mall Pandora.

Charms are cute with lots of varieties, and ear rings are elegant. Good materials also.

Too crowded. Line to get assistant. Price was calculated wrong.

The store is quite small, not enough space between the display desk and the walls to get around other people, especially if you have a stroller. Gets way too crowded when there is a sale.

First of all I must say that Nicole was very friendly and active and helpful. But, the only reason I am not "highly satisfied" is this that for the item I have chosen, onl6 size 6 and size 9 was available. that’s all. Thank you Nicole!
