Looking for more selection and new products that matched my personality. eg. you only have one type of butterfly with the color i do not like and this is something i've been looking for months.

Given the season, it was over crowded even with crowd control system in place.

Long time wait for the shopping but enjoy my purchases

We have to line up since its final sale. It took 30mins to get into the store. The staff looked tired coz they might be busy for whole day.

Because the sales lady was not knowledgable. It was hard looking at the booklet because there’s a lot of sales item and when i ask the sales lady, she’ll just answer “Everything on the booklet are on sale”. Of course it will take time for me to look for it if it’s there or no. I’m not expecting her to know everything but the way she responds sounded like she was bored assisting me.

Sales lady was patient and kind, some items I was looking for was not available.

The selection of products and the color. E.g. The butterfly only in purple and I would love a mint or light green butterfly. This is my second pandora and I'm getting discouraged from starting a third.
