I was looking for a charm that was sold out. After visiting another Pandora store to see if they had stock, I found out I could make a special request order, since the item is only on back order. By offering this service I could have eliminated my multiple visits to multiple locations. I would have preferred to make the purchase all in one day.

I felt as if the sales associate was trying to rush me out of the store and every time I asked to try on more rings, she would slightly get annoyed.

I wasn't highly satisfied only because the certain item I wanted was not available.

I was highly unsatisfied as there was a promotion for spend of 150 on mickey items to earn a free mickey mouse clutch. I purchased the limited edition mickey/Minnie charm for $140.00 and was also purchasing the pave bangle bracelet for $140.00 when I was told I would not qualify for the clutch. The sales representative was wonderful and did what she could to help but her manager declined. So although my spend was 280 I was not eligible for the clutch because it all had to be on a mickey Minnie purchase . Quite disappointed. so instead of the bracelet I purchased another charm for $55 to qualify and you missed out on a 140 purchase which to me doesn't make business sense.

It would have been nice if Amrita had helped me put my bracelet back on, after she put my new charms on. I was quite surprised when she just handed it to me and headed for the til. This particular bracelet has 8 charms, with the heart clasp and the safety chain, which makes it awkward to put on without assistance.

The environment there is bright and neat, sale people are patient to wait for my choice and give me some advice on my first necklace. The handbook of each collection is clear enough.

The first already who let customers in the store told me some items were not available. The lady who helped me pick the merchandise was very helpful , knowledgeable and patient. The second lady was able to find items the first lady told me they didn't have. Store is small and you're pretty much stuck in one area.
