I was satisfied. I don't get highly satisfied.

I had to wait in line outside of the store for 15 minutes

The salesperson used a little tool to open the clip charm that I was buying. While waiting for the checkout, I tried to clip it back on to my bracelet that was also part of the purchase. The clip wouldn’t snap and stayed open. The salesperson said it’s broken and might be the way I opened it. However, she was the person who opened it and I just tried to put it back on. I think it’s the tool that she used or the first clip charm that I was given had been opened and closed many times already. Not the most pleasant experience on my birthday.

Not enough items/stock to choose. Some of the product has sratches. Limited option for the item i want to purchase.

It was very difficult to navigate around the store as there are people walking everyone. Took a long time for me to get ahold of an employee to get my rings. The worker that helped me didn't look happy when I asked to get different sizes.

Very crowded and i could not look around to see what to purchase. I could only look at the catalogue provided. I may as well have shopped online. It was very diffucult to decide on a merchandise to reach the minimum in order to get the discount offer. Not a very good experience. If this is the case, please make your specials available for purchase online!

I went during a promotion which I did not know about at the time so the wait time was a bit lengthy. Once I did receive help from an associate, I found the associate to be a bit passive aggressive with her comments and opinions. I was just doing an exchange and wanted to see charms in the same price range as what I was exchanging which I communicated with her.

The 'Clear Pave Safe' is beautiful in terms of the design. However, upon further examination of the item, there are scratch marks on both sides of each clip. It appears that this item have been worn before. I will be returning in the morning to exchange, given I spent a considerable cost for the item and therefore the item should be in pristine condition. As it relates the the free gift (Pandora Moments) I will be returning for an exchange given that I was rushed into making the selection and I am not happy with it.
