I have 4 items put on hold, i called the day before to confirm but when i walked in to pick them up i was told that one item is not in the bag and the store doesnt have any more of this charm. Noone cared to Call other branch so i had to do it myself. Karen wasnt oin the store, i am sure if she was in this will not happen.

Employee named “Zarifa” was helping me. I had to choose multiple charms, a necklace pendant and I was looking for a chain for all of this. She didn’t care to help me what so ever, was very agitated and told me she couldn’t help me with the necklace because I had used her “20 minutes” - due to pandora items only shown by the employees, I had to have her assistance. I had purchased multiple items already. I left not seeing the necklace for all the stuff I got. I may go and return. I felt very insulted, disrespected and to top it off I got basically humiliated in a public setting WHILE making a purchase. It shocked me. I’m thinking of walking in and returning these items. To be treated this way and pay for it seems extremely insulting.

The saleswoman treated me very arrogantly and hurried all the time, she was inpatient, it was clear that she wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible.

I was very satisfied with the Sale Representative, Keemia A. # 167866. The only thing is that the store did not have the ring size (5) that I wanted. So, I bought the ring 1 size bigger which was (6).

I am writing to express frustration with staff in Pandora Store in Fairview Mall. I purchased a charm and then left my bracelet to be cleaned. I picked it up 30min. later. I was a bit surprised, as the bracelet was all wet, and the staff still put it on my hand. One of the charm I have is not Pandora's original. It is a Murano charm from Venice. Few days later I noticed that that charm was missing. I searched through the house and couldn't find it. Then I went back to the store and the charm was there. The staff gave it back to me, and walked away, acting as all was just normal. I left the store in disbelief that the staff can be so unprofessional with customers. Also, when I left the bracelet first time to be cleaned, I gave them my cell phone. But nobody bather to call me for the missing charm! Furthermore, I feel that the sale person did not show to me all charms available. I was not satisfy with my purchase and had to look on line and other stores for more options. I will likely have to exchange it. I know for fact that I will NEVER go back to Fairview Mall location!

The sales representative Divine R, Employee Number: 137892 was rude and not courtesy. She was not helpful and has totally ruined my impression about Pandora and their sales approach. The purchase was for my niece's 25th birthday who was with me and Ms. Divine R was very cold, not friendly and made the planned event a real downer. Also, when mentioned it was a birthday gift she packaged it without showing or explaining how it was packaged and when asked was not helpful and I had to ask for another pouch as there were two rings purchased. This is totally unacceptable service from Pandora. We shop at Pandora at Fairview Mall and this time Ms. Divine R totally missed the mark on providing Pandora's known purchase experience. The service and quality of service should not be compromised even with a boxing day sale. The manager was not contacted as I did not want to further ruin the event for my niece.

The sales associate named Amanda was not helpful at all. She was rude, unfriendly and impatient. She gave me attitude whenever I asked a question. She didnt seem like she wanted to help me at all. When I asked her to provide me a box and a pouch for the THREE rings I purchased she rolled her eyes and told me I could either get one or the other. I’ve never been told that before. I always get a pouch and a box for the rings because the pouches keep the rings in better condition. Although I took 20 minutes or less in the store she acted as if I was taking forever to decide on the items I wanted to go with. It was a horrible experience and I will never return to the Fairview location ever again.
