I had a specific charge I was interested in the the lady that helped me, was quickly able to locate the charm. She cleaned my bracelet for me and helped me other options that could accompany the charm I was interested in.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Joan who looked after me was terrific. Knowledgeable and friendly. I have always had great service at the Kelowna Store.

Yes the sale person was very helpful and made it easier to make my decision to what i wanted to purchase. Was pleased that there was no hassle with exchanging my previous purchase. I love my bracelets yes got two they look great.! Will always remind me of my Big 65 birthday LOL
