The store is clean, bright and well organized. The sales associate initially asked if I needed help and I said I wanted to take a look around first - she was happy to leave me to take a peek around. Exchanged a ring that had lost its stone

Madison and Ali were super helpful and friendly. Went in with a rough idea of what I wanted, and when they didn’t have the ring that I wanted in the right size in stock, Madison didn’t hesitate to have it ordered in for me. She then showed me the brand new spring collection that had just come out and I got a ring from that collection. She also let me know that there were earrings that matched the ring that I bought in case I wanted to finish the set in the future.
