I prefer to shop for Pandora in person since I have had problems with ordering online. This store is 90 minutes by car from my home, but it is worth the trip for the personal service. Angela was very helpful and showed we a good selection of charms and pointed out the discounts offered for certain spending levels. She packaged the charms I bought the way I wanted them done and the checkout was smooth. Overall I felt welcomed and I received all the attention I needed. I will go back again but not in 90 days as my next purchase will be for Valentine's day - this trip was for birthday and Christmas.

I was shopping for my niece's 19th birthday and the sales associates made the perfect recommendation of a charm that had just come in. It was perfect and she loved it. They also shared with me the new bracelets that were in with the beads that did not shift around. It was a great experience overall.
