This Pandora store in the Kelowna mall is one of the best. Its has lots of space and the variety of product the carry is incredible. The only down i had its that it took 5 minutes for me to get help but besides that everything was great

I went into the store to purchase something amazing for a going away gal. the girl Taylor was very patient as I changed my mind 20 times! when just the perfect gift was chosen we were both thrilled!! she was amazing!

On entering the store and outlining why I was visiting the store to the store associate, in the beginning I felt like I was not been Help but after speaking with the associate I had a total different experience, my needs were were met and I was very lucky get help from not one but 2 of the store associates. They were very professional and was knowledgeable in their work. I was very satisfied after leaving the store.

Our sales clerk was very friendly and helpful, Its the 1st time I have ever had a plastic thing you put earnings on and hold up to your ear to see how they look. One thing I wish is that you could purchase extra backing for earrings. Thanks
