My husband bought me this bracelet for the birth of our second daughter. The charm especially for her busted don't know what happened to cause it to break but I went in moments after I noticed to see if there was anything that could be done they switched it up no cost and even cleaned my braclet. Taylor was so kind and made my whole Christmas season.

It was my first trip to a Pandora store. It was a bit overwhelming but my sales associate, Taylor C., was very helpful and informative. She was a huge help, so pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. I purchased a Christmas gift for my 90 year old mom and I have my eye on something for upcoming birthdays. Thank you to Taylor and to Pandora.

I was very satisfied with my visit to Pandora today because the sales clerk, Angela, was able to give me silicone liners for clips I had purchased online which of course didn't work on my Pandora bangle bracelet. I had not realized that with the bangle bracelet silicone liners were needed. She also gave me all the time I needed, even though there were many customers in the store, as I wanted my ring sizes done, and then she helped me find the right size in the rings I wanted. This store location has a terrible rating for customer service and I was pretty apprehensive about going in there, but my experience there was excellent today.

The staff member I had was very friendly and helpful. She guided me through my issue and I ended up very satisfied. I am looking forward to adding charms to my bracelet.

I usually deal with Leanne Bentsen - she is a fabulous sales assistant - knowledgeable and very friendly - represents Pandora very well indeed. As she was not working I was helped by Jacqueline - again...friendly and knowledgeable.
