As soon as I entered the store, the store manager came to my assistance. I was a newbie to Pandora bracelets, but she explained the different clasps, and helped me choose the right size -- then stayed assisting me as I went around the store looking at and choosing charms. I walked out with the start of my first bracelet and a smile on my face!

Meg was very personable, friendly, patient and welcoming to new customers. She made me feel very comfortable, especially when I have never shopped in Pandora before.

The staff member helping me was extremely helpful. I did not know all the product that Pandora has. I went in to buy a charm and ended up purchasing several, a bracelet and a ring.

I had a store credit from Chinook, Calgary. The manager, Jodi, went out of her way to help me, so that I could use the credit in Kelowna. She called the other store and got it converted to a gift card. Excellent service
