As usual... Karly was very efficient at putting my order together for me ! Makes it so easy to just pop in and out . So nice ...you Always receive such a friendly welcoming ...love to shop at Pandora in Orchard Park !

The sales associate, Joan, was very calm and friendly. She assisted me promptly and effectively. We also had a nice conversation about her son's wedding as I am also engaged, so she was just a fun person to talk to.

Karli was fantastic! She was very kind, fun, and helpful during our visit. She easily helped my Mom and I find what we were looking for and a few extras we weren't. Thank you for a great experience!

The ladies in my store (Kelowna) are always very polite and pleasant. I mostly deal with Jodi by chance but all the ladies are super friendly.

I was shopping in the mall and had never been in a Pandora store before. My mom passed away 4 years ago and left me her Pandora bracelet which is unfortunately too small for my wrist. I walked in to see what Pandora offers and the associate was fantastic in showing me different options and letting me try on both bracelets and necklaces. I purchased a necklace that I will be able to put some of my mom’s charms on for sentimental reasons. The associate was super patient and kind!

I am always so pleased when shopping here!!! Every associate is so knowledgeable and give great advice or should l say great ideas of what would look good and also they will help you in placing your charms on your bracelet ! It is always Just a joy to shop at our Pandora store in Orchard Park !

I love my local Pandora. The staff are lovely and always accommodating. I also love the Harry Potter collection and am hoping for more charms in the future.
