My sales associate was very helpful and friendly. The store was clean and employees were nice and helped you with sizes and stuff. The ring that I bought was good quality and worth it just have to go get a different size because when I got home i realized it was to big :’)

Customer service was good. Product was available. Informed of sales. We’re willing to hold another item. Suggested options for paying to obtain discount.

When I went to Pandora. The sale associate came right away and welcomed me in the store. They asked what I want and helped me show charms, earring, necklaces and etc. I feel satisfied through the process in the store. Me and sale associate have a conversation between us. I feel happy and satisfied in West Edmonton Mall Pandora.

Zack the attendant was extremely personable just was so friendly and helpful and chatted like as if we were friends. He was quick to assist and easily found what I was looking for

We were directed to the ring section in a very pleasant and helpful manner that helped me feel at ease, since it was my first time looking for jewelry. The staff were kind and helpful, and the lady that sold us the ring was very patient with us going between different rings and taking out time. She also was very knowledgeable about the rings, knowing the prices of the rings as we asked about them. I felt like a valued person and not just a commercial consumer.
