I was greeted outside the store by a representative and I told her specifically what I was looking for and while I was waiting to enter the store she went and collected the merchandise for me to look at she was very knowledgeable speedy courteous

Customer service was great and fast. The lady had knowledge on all the products and the location of them. The lady answered all our questions and was patient.

The store was very neat and tidy and the ladies waiting on us were very friendly and knowledgeable. We knew what we wanted when we went in and they completed our order with ease.

I was very much impress with the service because the store was not crowded at all. The sales people were all around very helpful and polite. They the sales people have good information on what they are selling .

I went in to return a charm I bought online and ended up leaving with 3 new charms for my collection. It was quick and easy like always

I imagine retail workers have the toughest time with the "new normal". Staff at the Pandora location I went to were professional and courteous. The store was clean and merchandise was quickly located.

I walked in knowing what new charm I was looking for this visit, Robyn knew exactly what I was looking for and also showed me some new pieces to add to my collection in the future. I love how knowledgeable she is about my likes and dislikes and makes my visit so satisfying.

My pandora experience was amazing there were so much jewelry to choose from and it was so hard to pick it was all so beautiful.during the COVID pandemic there were not many people in the store so I felt comfortable it was also extremely clean and after they tested to see what size ring I wear they immediately Cleaned the testers out it was an amazing experience and I would definitely go back again
