I went there to ask about a problem with my current bracelet. Sales agent very helpful and friendly. Ended up buying a charm and a clip. She also cleaned up the bracelet and charms. Happy!

The second assistant was very well versed in the product line, and also offered to assist me by asking key questions as to the person who I was making the purchase for. I thought that was very attentive to my needs.

The Manager Robyn solved my problems, polished my charms beautifully, did an excellent reorganizing of the charms to make the bracelet look spectacular, refit bracelet perfectly and made some excellent new charm selections. She was kind, organized and gave me excellent service. She was sorry that I had a poor experience with the old bracelet and resolved the issue. The bracelet is polished and looks brand new. As well she showed me how to polish and put charms on the bracelet. Excellent customer service nd product knowledge.
