They cleaned my bracelet here and it was wonderful service. I bought a few charms as well. They were lovely staff!

I was highly satisfied because the staff were so ready and available to help me once I entered the store. The arrows on the floor kept a good flow and it was easy to get where I needed to go. They found the ring I wanted right away and they got the size right on the first try!

The lady that was helping me was very nice and knew a lot about the products. She priced some charms for me and it was very awesome. I enjoyed my time at this Pandora.

I purposely returned back to Pandora after purchasing my first bracelet and charms last week. I thought it would be a great idea to get my mom a bracelet for her birthday, the decision was easily made by the amazing service and knowledge of the staff from previous visits. I enjoy their upbeat attitude and willingness to help me find exactly what I need. They left me with no second thoughts or regrets after my purchase. I’ll continue to recommend this location to friends and family and a shoutout to Robyn, Taylor and the other associates whose name I can’t remember for making each and every one of my visits memorable.

Went in looking for a birthday present for a friend. The sales associate was very helpful in showing me a variety of items based on the themes/ideas I had.

There were great social distancing practices in place with hand sanitizer. The sales staff were very helpful. Choices for gifts were excellent!

My experience was outstanding. I went in struggling to find the right charm bracelet for me, along with some charms and there was no way I could’ve done it without the help of Robyn. She was so patient and let me take all the time in the world constructing my bracelet, as well as an insane amount of knowledge towards her work. Brittany also helped during her free time not with customers and was so nice and helpful to find the right fit for me. I left with the perfect size and fit for me with charms I never would’ve found without her help. I was extremely satisfied with my trip to this store and the friendliness of the staff was incredible, especially during this time. I’ll definitely be making another trip in now that I’ve taken a look at new charms that I want and will for sure be wanting to pair with Robyn again.
