The associate that helped my choose a birthday present was delightful! Her name was Robyn B. #197101 and made my experience enjoyable despite the covid shopping restrictions.

It was quick and easy. Told the sales rep what I was looking for and she didn't hesitate to tell me she had exactly what I was looking for and she did. It was perfect and and the sales rep was a delight.

From the moment walked inside was greeted by Robyn, I needed help explained that to her and she immediately put me at ease .. she was absolutely AMAZING!! I. Ended 5 rings for grad gifts and it was not an easy decision.she was so so so helpful and patient while making our decisions .. so friendly and supportive other members of the team Taylor & Liz also have very positive & encouraging support . What was stressful for me was made into a lovely time.. and we were there for over 1.5 hours
