Staff member Veronica was highly knowledgeable and helpful. She took time to show me several options available in bracelets and charms. The visit was a positive experience and customer service was excellent. This was my first purchase at Pandora and I will be returning.

The store workers we an absolute pleasure to work with. They knew exactly what I was looking for an helped me find suitable things to wear with it. They were both funny and very knowledgeable about the products you offer.

My Pandora bracelet was stolen and I went to the store after waiting six months to see if I would end up getting it back and I did not get it back so it is time for me to get a new one. The sales associates bent over backwards to help me duplicate my bracelet that I had. I left in tears because they were so helpful
