I was looking for a specific style ring and the associate went out of her way to help me find it. She also enlisted the help of Amy ( I believe) to get the size I needed and she was able to dig it out for me. Totally satisfying experience and they were super friendly. Thank you!

The store clerk who waited on me was very friendly and did not rush me on making the decision on which charm I purchased. Another clerk came over and commented on a ring I was wearing, she was also very friendly.

Sales lady was pleasant, knowledgable and very helpful. Did not know much about the merchandise but I could see why it would catch on. I think they are more expensive than necessary.

I received a gift card for Xmas, lost a charm & replaced it with the same one still on sale. Boxing Day sale was crazy & the store overpacked, but I got my 1ST bracelet. Great quality but expensive so I will likely only shop on the sales. My 2nd visit was better than the first. Love the salesperson, knew her merchandise, the first person not so much but I will shop more and have shared my cleaning cloth with a friend, who also has a bracelet and loves one of my charms. Looking forward to seeing what I add next. Thank you
