The salesperson!!! Her friendliness, knowledge, patience, everything about her made me feel like I was the only customer in the store and it was boxing week sale! Best retail experience of 2018 hands down!!

The woman who served myself and my husband was very patient, she listened to what we were looking for and showed us options. I actually had this same woman serve me when I went in for a keep sake for myself and my mom after my Dad passed and she was lovely.

I was shopping for my mom as she loves Pandora. I was able to get her 4 charms and save over $100. I did find that the Christmas selection was poor in what was left which was a bit disappointing for me but I was happy with the charms I did get.

The sales associate Taylor was very helpful showing me the multitude of options I was considering and very patient as I made my decision.
