The sales staff "AMY" was extraordinary. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to what I was looking for - coming up with a some suggestions that pleased me even more than my original thoughts. She spent the time with me - not dividing her attention between other customers, and gave her honest opinion.

I deal with Saxon at MicMac Mall. She always calls when there is a sale. Saxon is very knowledgable, courteous and a very warm professional young woman !

I was highly satisfied with my visit because as soon as I walked in I was offered help, I got exactly what I was looking for, the employee helping me was very kind and knowledgable and I was told about promotions and other merchandise in the store without being bugged about buying more or her trying to up sell me, her trying to sell me on products and interest me in promotions was perfectly balanced. I was very pleased with my visit.

I took back a ring that was in bad condition for being worn for under a year, and when being unable to find the exact date, the manager gladly did an exchange for a new ring and explained a little more information about caring for the ring, as I was not given any information when first purchasing. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with!

A stone had fallen out of my ring, which was purchased last year. The warranty had just run out, but I love the ring. So I went to Pandora to see what options I had, expecting to have to send it for repair or buy another. The Assistant Manager happily said, "Oh, we'll replace it!" i lived this experience today the lady that helped me knew what she was talking about. she saw that my charm had gotten stuck and she knew how to solve the problem and knew whcih charms were still available! honestly the customer seevice today was awesome
