The customer service we received was phenomenal. The sales associate had a tattoo of Pandora's "O" so of course it was going to be great!

This store provides excellent customer service. I find that in so many other types of stores it is very difficult to find any help and I often just leave. At Pandora I am always greeted immediately and even if the staff are busy I am acknowledged and assured that they know I am there and that they will help me as soon as they are able. Being acknowledged and made to feel like the staff care makes me want to shop in the store. I now buy Pandora jewelry for most gifts for female family members. The staff are very patient and have no problem showing me different charms. I often look at charms online but I like to see what they actually look like before I buy them. They have also helped me reorganize my bracelet when I have brought it in to the store. They have also made helpful suggestions when I am searching for a gift for a particular occasion. They provide excellent customer service at a time where it seems that very few stores care about personal service.

The sales associate remembered me from being in ealirer in the year to pick out charms. She showed me a necklace and charm that I would never have thought of and will be getting it. There are always some great prmomtions.
