My shopping experience with Lisa at the Mic Mac location was fantastic. She was professional, friendly and was fun to shop with. I also appreciated the manager that was helping, Krista as she provided an exceptional level of customer service.

The 2 sales girls were helpful in helping me choose a 10 year work anniversary gift for myself. I got something that reflects my workplace for the last 10 years and they were very patient trying different combinations of charms, spacers and clips until I found something just right.

The promotion was really great. The sales associate Veronica helped me to pick rings for my families. I spent at least half hour at the store and the sales associate was so patient.

The clerk was able to help me select two charms that were perfect for two difference presents that will recognize special events.

During this past visit to pandora, I was extremely satisfied. From walking into the store and being greeted with big smiles and a warm welcome, to hear recommendations and suggestions on popular projects, to the final step of purchasing my merchandise, I was so satisfied. I was greeted immediately with two very friendly ladies. They were so willing to help me out. I was looking for a gift for my mother for Mother's Day. As I was giving them ideas of what I was looking for they were very helpful in finding the perfect charm.
